RK7 Nieruchomości will rebuild the building of the Witold Pilecki Institute in Warsaw
12.10.2022PRK7 Nieruchomości from the Trakcja Group concluded a contract for construction work within the comprehensive performance of the Investment: ‘The expansion and reconstruction of the office & retail building located in Warsaw at ul. Sienna 82’ with the Witold Pilecki Institute of Solidarity and Valour based in Warsaw. The task of PKR7 as part of performance of the scope of the contract will be to carry out building works related to the Investment and to obtain the final permission to use it on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The scope of the contract will include construction, installation, finish and land development works. The reconstruction of the building of the Witold Pilecki Institute is aimed at creating an important centre of culture and documentation on the map of Warsaw – a space that would allow for the broadest possible dissemination of values and ideas promoted by the Witold Pilecki Institute. The building will be a modern, ecological and energy-saving facility. Upon its reconstruction and expansion, it will consist of the six-storey main building from ul. Sienna, a road added from the north and a multifunctional room within the outline of the courtyard. The net value of the contract is 61,550,980.49 PLN (gross value: 75,707,706.00 PLN), and construction works agreed upon within its scope are to be completed within 56 weeks from the signature of the said contract.
