15/2016 - Draft resolution submitted by a shareholder representing over one-twentieth of the share capital

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("the Company"), in reference to Current Report No. 12/2016 and Current Report No. 13/2016 hereby announces that it has received a draft resolution on the distribution of profit for 2015 from a shareholder representing over one-twentieth of the share capital, namely from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. The draft resolution relates to an issue specified in the agenda. The draft resolution is attached as the appendix to this report.

Section 38 paragraph 1 subparagraph 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent.
