77/2022 - Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that on 12 October 2022 the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders adopted resolutions

1)    recalling the following members of the Supervisory Board:

- Dominik Radziwiłł
- Magdalena Komaracka
The aforementioned members of the Supervisory Board were recalled on 12 October 2022.

2)    appointing the following members of the Supervisory Board:

-    Karolina Aneta Łukaszewicz
-    Marek Tadeusz Pajewski
-    Łukasz Jakub Smółka
-    Emilia Szkudlarz
-    Krzysztof Paweł Wałdowski
The aforementioned members of the Supervisory Board were appointed on 13 October 2022.
In keeping with the statements submitted by members of the Supervisory Board, none of the members:
- is not engaged in any other activity outside the Issuer's business, which would be competitive with the activity of the Issuer,
- is not a partner in a competitive civil law partnership, other partnership or any commercial company,
- does not participate in any competitive legal person as a member of any of its bodies,
- is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Act on the National Court Register,
- is not entered in the National Register of Debtors kept under the Act on the National Court Register.

Information on educational background, qualifications and previously held positions, along with the description of professional experience of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board, has been made available by the Company as an appendix hereto.
