78/2019 - Major Blocks of Shares

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”, “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 5 December 2019 it was notified by COMSA S.A.U. (”COMSA”) about COMSA’s share in the total number of votes in the Company exceeding the threshold of 32%; the notification was provided pursuant to Article 69.2.1a) the Act of 29 July on Public Offering and Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies and in connection with the registration of the increase of the Company’s share capital .
