On 12th September 2022, our subsidiary AB “Kauno tiltai” signed a design and construction contract with Litgrid AB and AB “Ignitis gamyba” for the reconstruction of the 330 kV switchgear of the 330/110/10 kV Kruonis Pumped Storage Plant – the only such plant in the Baltic countries (KHAE).
The Industrial Production Branch of Trakcja S.A. successfully underwent an external certification audit of the Factory Production Control (ZKP) system on 21 June 2022. The certificate confirms compliance with the requirements of the PN-EN 1090 standard in the area of design, manufacture and assembly of steel structures, including their anti-corrosion protection. In addition, it confirms that the Industrial Production Branch has met the guidelines of the Quality Management System in Welding according to the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 3834-2 standard at the highest level.

In response to an article by Tomasz Bartos, which was published on the lowiczanin.info website, in particular in view of the false information contained therein, including quotation from the author’s phone conversations with a press officer of Trakcja S.A. referring to the alleged suspension of all work being carried out by the Company, Trakcja S.A. has requested the Editor-in-Chief of the website in question to correct the inaccurate information. We would also like to reiterate that the information provided by the editors of the website in question concerning the suspension of all work due to the transaction involving Trakcja shares is not substantiated by any facts.
On Friday, 8 July, in the presence of representatives of PKP Polskie Koleje Liniowe S.A., we held an opening ceremony for a footbridge that will make it easier for residents of the Wola and Ochota districts of Warsaw to access the Warsaw Central station, which was put into service last March. The steel structure, weighing over 276 tons, also provides a long-awaited link between the Aleje Jerozolimskie and Kolejowa streets. The newly opened footbridge will help improve passenger and pedestrian safety.
