New school in Ząbki near Warsaw
The construction of a new educational facility is the next step of the Company’s development in the capacity construction sector.
Within a consortium formed with a subsidiary, PRK 7 Nieruchomości (Lider), Trakcja PRKiI will build a primary school with infrastructure in Ząbki near Warsaw.
The task provides for a construction of a three-floor school with a gym, a pre-school facility integrated with the main building, and utility premises. There will be a bike path, footpaths and additional parking places. The works will also include two underground retention tanks, and essential technical infrastructure within the plot.
This project valued at over PLN 43 million will be completed by 31 August 2020.
