Modernization of the railway line in the area of Olsztyn
The work to be performed by Trakcja PRKiI S.A. on the railway line No. 353 is worth more than PLN 12 million.
The work will be carried out on the 80 km section of the route: national border IZ Olsztyn - Ostróda - Olsztyn and will cover the demolition, construction of new tracks and turnouts, resurfacing of 4 crossings and modernization of 3 platforms, including the construction of street furniture items and passenger information facilities. In addition, catenary lines, auxiliary supply lines and railway traffic control devices will be rebuilt. The task will also cover the renovation of the signal box at Naterki station.
Completion of the works is scheduled for the beginning of August 2017.
