Modernization of railway lines on the eastern national border
Trakcja PRKiI S.A. is to renovate parts of the railway lines No. 66 and No. 69 in the area of Stalowa Wola. The contract is worth net over PLN 18 million.
The task is part of the project of modernization of the railway line No. 7 Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa – Dorohusk and is supposed to improve safety and eliminate threats for operation on the railway network. The contract will cover the repair of substructure and superstructure of the track along a total of 63 km. In addition, 5 turnouts will be replaced, 5 rail flyovers and one bridge will be renovated.
The work is to be completed by 30 April 2017.
