Construction of a power line near Przemyśl

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. will build a 110 kV overhead power line in the vicinity of the Polish-Ukrainian border. The contract signed with PGE Dystrybucja is worth nearly 12 million zlotys net.

The contract involves installation of 47 poles with accessories and conductors over a distance of nearly 13 km. The project will be performed between the existing power line between Munina and Lubaczów and the planned 110/15 kV Korczowa substation.

The objective of this project is to provide power supply to the new special economic zone and to improve the reliability of power supply to the existing facilities.

The works are to be completed in late September 2017.
