Oliwska Nova housing estate completed
In the area of Warsaw's Targówek district, there was completed the construction of a modern terraced housing estate, the general contractor of which was a Trakcja Group company, PRK 7 Nieruchomości. The first stage of the Oliwska Nova housing estate, consisting of 45 terraced houses, is currently the only project of this type in this part of Warsaw.
A development project named Oliwska Nova was created in the area of Wysocki Street, Budowlana Street and Oliwska Street in the Warsaw's district of Targówek, just 3 minutes from a tram stop, bus stop and Warszawa Praga railway station. The estate consists of houses with a floor area of 154, 175 and 214 m2. Each of the three-storey houses with modern architectural design is equipped with a one-car or two-car garage, garden and an additional car park space within the area of the estate.

The second stage of the housing estate, located in the immediate vicinity of the first one, is currently under preparation, while the completed houses may be visited during the open day, which is scheduled for 11-12 June.
