Publication deadlines for interim reports of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. in 2014
The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. informs that the deadlines for publication of 2014 interim reports are as follows:
1. Consolidated Annual Report (CR) for the financial year 2013 - on 21 March 2014.
2. Individual Annual Report (R) for the financial year 2013 - on 21 March 2014.
3. Consolidated Quarterly Reports (QCR) including abbreviated individual financial information:
a) report for Q1 2014 - on 15 May 2014.
b) report for Q3 2014 - on 14 November 2014.
4. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report (SACS) including abbreviated individual financial information – on 29 August 2014.
At the same time, pursuant to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 current and periodical information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent, the Company hereby informs that quarterly and semi-annual consolidated reports will also include relevant quarterly and semi-annual abbreviated individual financial statements.
The annual report will also be prepared and published in both individual and consolidated form. Pursuant to the aforementioned Regulation, the Company will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2014 or a quarterly report for Q2 2014.
