Enlarged Management Board of Trakcja

On November 28, 2022, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A. passed resolutions to appoint Mr. Jerzy Pazura as a Member of the Company's Management Board and Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Andrzej Kozera as a Member of the Company's Management Board and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Jerzy Pazura is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, completed managerial studies in Paris, and has many years of experience as CFO of state-owned companies, private enterprises and multinational companies.

Mr. Andrzej Kozera graduated from the University of Technology and Humanities in Radom, where he obtained the professional title of Engineer. He also completed post-graduate studies in project management and an MBA in management at GFKM (Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development). He has developed his career to date in companies engaged in the railroad construction industry and in PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Group.
