Trakcja with increased capital

We inform that, on 29^th August 2022, the Regional Court for the Warsaw Capital City in Warsaw registered the increase of the share capital and the new unified text of the statutes of our Company pursuant to resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Trakcja S.A. of 23^rd June 2022. As a result of the issue of 250 million of new shares that were fully subscribed for by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., the share capital of Trakcja S.A. increased by 200 million PLN, amounting to 269,160,780.80 PLN.
