21/2019 - Conclusion of annex No. 2 to the bridge financing agreement

In reference to the current report of the company Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (‘Company’) No. 12/2019 dated 13 June 2019 regarding the conclusion of agreements regarding bridging financing and current report of the Company No. 20/2019 of June 24, 2019 regarding the conclusion of annexes to the documentation regarding bridging financing, the Management Board of the Company informs that on June 26, 2019, the Company signed annex No. 2 to the loan agreement concluded on June 13, 2019 between the Company and COMSA, SAU (‘Loan Agreement’) (‘Annex No. 2 to the Loan Agreement’) and annexed on June 24, 2019 through the conclusion of Annex No. 1, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 20/2019.

Pursuant to Annex No. 2 to the Loan Agreement, the period of making the loan granted to the Company pursuant to the Loan Agreement was extended until July 29, 2019.

Apart from the above change, no significant provisions of the Loan Agreement have changed.
