18/2019 - Ordinary General Meeting of the Company - significant shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw ("Company"), provides in Annex 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held on 19 June 2019 in Warsaw.

Art. 70, item 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
