8/2019 - Correction of constituent of standalone and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2018

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (the „Issuer”) hereby informs that in published „Standalone annual report of Trakcja PRKiI for the financial year 2018” and „Consolidated annual report of Trakcja Group for the financial year 2018”, as a result of mistake the Issuer published an incorrect document:

“Assessment of the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. concerning the report of the management board on the activities of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. and of Trakcja Group in 2018, the annual standalone financial statement of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 and the annual consolidated financial statement of Trakcja Group for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018”.

In the attachment the Issuer provides the correct document provided to the Issuer by the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A.

The Issuer informs that abovementioned reports have not changed in remaining scope and today, the Issuer will publish the revised reports included correct document.

Additionally, the Issuer provides content of fragments of abovementioned document, affected by changes:

„Further to the foregoing, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. expresses a positive assessment of the annual standalone financial statement of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.”

and

„Further to the foregoing, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. expresses a positive assessment of the  annual consolidated Financial Statements of the Trakcja Capital Group for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.”

Correct wording:

„Further to the foregoing, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. drawing attention to note 10 of additional informational to Financial assessed and did not raise any objections to the annual standalone financial statement of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.”

 and

„Further to the foregoing, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. drawing attention to note 64 of additional informational to Financial Statements assessed and raised no objections to the annual consolidated financial statement of Trakcja Group for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.”

Legal basis:

§15 para. 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state.
