4/2019 - Commencement of actions aimed at refinancing of the Company and recapitalizing the Company

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKil S.A. (the "Company") would like to announce that on 18 February 2019 it adopted a resolution on the commencement of actions aimed at refinancing the Company's existing banking financing and recapitalizing the Company by way of issue of new shares.

The Company's intention is to obtain new, increased banking financing and to optimize the conditions thereof, as well as to increase the share capital in order to reinforce the Company's development in the future.

In connection with considering the possibility of changing the structure of and increasing the banking financing and share capital increase, the Management Board of the Company has hired external legal and financial advisors. The Management Board of the Company will publicly announce information on the course of both processes in accordance with the applicable regulations.
