5/2018 - Resignation from the function of the President of the Management Board – information update

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs that today, under the agreement between Mr. Jarosław Tomaszewski - the President of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, Mr. Jarosław Tomaszewski resigned from the position of the President of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jarosław Tomaszewski will perform the indicated functions until April 27, 2018.

The Company informed about the resignation from the function of the President of the Management Board and a Member of the Management Board in report 3/2018 from March 9, 2018.

Legal grounds:

§ 5 paragraph 1, point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
