The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") has enclosed responses to the questions asked in writing by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" - Shareholder of the Company, on 16 May 2017, pursuant to 428 § 6 of the Code of Commercial Companies.
