10/2017 - Information on the conclusion of contract with PKP PLK S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that the Company signed the contract with PKP PLK S.A. for design and performance of activities in the format - "design and construct" with respect to the following: Task A: preparation of design documentation and implementation of construction works under the project: "Revitalization of railway line no. 405, section boundary of the voivodeship – Słupsk-Ustka", Task B: design and development of control-command and signalling devices from Szczecinek train station from 71,480 km to km 104,515 (boundary of West Pomeranian Voivodeship and Pomeranian Voivodeship), under the project: "Improvement of safety and elimination of exploitation risks on the railway network".  Net value of the contract is PLN 165 million. The works shall be carried out within 31 months from the date of their commencement.

The Management of the Issuer decided to publish this information, since the Issuer's share  in the value of the Contract constitutes an important item in the procurement portforlio executed by the Issuer of the railway market and its development, and has impact on the maintenance of current and future revenue and results of the Issuer.
