21/2016 - Changes in the composition of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("the Company") announces that the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. and the Company received, on 6 September 2016, from the Vice-President of the Management Board, Mr. Nerijus Eidukevicius, a declaration of resignation as Member of the Management Board and Vice-President of the Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("the Resignation) for personal reasons. The Resignation was made with effect as of 8 September 2016.

Specific legal basis:

Section 5, paragraph 1, subparagraph 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent.
