13/2016 - Draft resolutions for the Annual General Meeting

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: "the Company"), in connection with Current Report 12/2016 of 19 May 2016, publishes the content of draft resolutions that will be on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 June 2016. The draft resolutions can be found in the appendix to this report.

Section 38 paragraph 1 subparagraph 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent.
