6/2016 - Conclusion of an amendment to material agreement

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("the Company"), with reference to Current Report 35/2014 dated 9 December 2014, announces the mutual signing an amendment ("the Amendment") to the material agreement of factoring with recourse No. 27/2013 of 10 May 2013 ("the Agreement")

The parties to the agreement are as follows:

mFaktoring Spółka Akcyjna based in Warsaw,

and

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. based in Warsaw.

Under the Amendment, the limit of financing set out in the Agreement was changed, and now it amounts to PLN 50,000,000.00 (say: fifty million zloty). Other provisions of the Agreement remained unaffected.

The criterion for deeming the Agreement a material agreement is the fact that the value of the Agreement exceeded 10% of Company's equity capital.

Section 5 paragraph 1 subparagraph. 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent.
