29/2015 - Notification by ING OFE of the change in the total number of voting rights

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (the "Company"), (the "Issuer") hereby announces that the Company was notified by shareholder ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("ING") of decrease in the number of shares held by it to below 10 % of voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company.

As a result of sale of shares of the Company by ING, in transactions settled on 19 June 2015, the number of shares held by ING changed from:

5,140,774 (in words: five million, one hundred and forty thousand, seven hundred and seventy-four) shares, which accounted for 10.0016 % of the share capital of the Company entitling the holder to 5,140,774 (in words: five million, one hundred and forty thousand, seven hundred and seventy-four) votes at the General Meeting of the Company which represented 10.0016 % of the total number of votes, to

5,111,908 (five million, one hundred and eleven thousand, nine hundred and eight) which represents 9.95 % of the share capital of the Company and entitles ING to 5,111,908 (five million, one hundred and eleven thousand, nine hundred and eight) votes at the general meeting of the Company, which represents 9.95 % of the total number of votes.
