The Management Board of PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw (“the Company”) presents in Appendix 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25 June 2015 in Warsaw.

Art. 70 clause 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organised trading system and on listed companies (Journal of Laws 2013 item 1382).
