17/2015 - Changes in the composition of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 28 May 2015 received from Marita Szustak a representation of resignation from the position of the member of the Company’s Management Board, Vice-president (“Resignation”) due to personal matters. Resignation is effective as of 28 May 2015.

Legal basis:

§ 5, sec. 1 point 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
