14/2015 - Information about the change of the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the period of 3 months ended on March 31, 2015

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (the ”Company”) hereby announces the change of the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the period of 3 months ended on March 31, 2015. The statement shall be published on May 11, 2015.

The original publication date of the periodic report for the above period was scheduled for May 15, 2015, of which the Company informed in its current report No 4/2015 of January 12, 2015.

Legal basis: § 103 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
