4/2015 - Publication dates for periodic reports in 2015
The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (Company) is hereby announcing the publication dates for periodic reports in 2015:
- The consolidated annual report (CR) for 2014 – on 21 March 2015.
The (standalone) annual report (R) for 2014 – on 21 March 2015.
- The consolidated quarterly reports (QCR) containing abridged standalone financial information:
- report for 1Q 2015 - on 15 May 2015.
- report for 3Q 2015 - on 14 November 2015.
- The consolidated half-yearly report (CHR) containing abridged standalone financial information – on 29 August 2015.
Simultaneously, in accordance with § 83(1) and § 83(3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259) (hereinafter: “Regulation”), the Company declares that the consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain, respectively, quarterly and half-yearly standalone financial statements. The annual report will be prepared and published in both standalone and consolidated forms.
Pursuant to § 102(1) of the above Regulation, the Company will not publish a quarterly report for 4Q 2014 or, pursuant to § 101(2) of the Regulation, a quarterly report for 2Q 2015.

§ 103(1) and § 83(1) and § 83(3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent (Journal of Laws 2014, item 133).
