32/2014 - Resolution of the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. on adopting the uniform text of the Statute of Trakcja PRKiI S.A.

In regard to the current report no. 26/2014 of 16 October 2014, the Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. based in Warsaw ("Company”) hereby informs that based on the authorization granted pursuant to the Resolution no. 4 of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of 16 October 2014, the company's Supervisory Board undertook a resolution on adopting the uniform text of the Company's Statute.

In attachment to this report, the Company provides the uniform text of the Statute.

§ 38, par. 1 item 2b of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required pursuant to law regulations of countries not being member states.
