27/2014 - Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company - Major Shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby publishes, in Appendix no. 1 to this current report, a list of shareholders holding at least 5 per cent of the overall number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held on 16 October 2014 in Warsaw.

Legal basis: Art. 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
