48/2011 - Information on appointment of a managing person

The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) would like to inform that on 28 June 2011 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointing for another 3-year term Mr Tadeusz Kałdonek as Vice-President of the Management Board, as of 28 June 2011. 

 

Required information on the appointed managing person:

 

Previously held positions and professional career:

Mr Tadeusz Kałdonek is a university graduate with the BA degree from the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw (2000).

 

Professional experience:

in the years 1969-1994	Trakcja Polska – PKRE S.A. – holding one by one the following positions: technician, foreman, superintendent, site manager, department manager
in the years 1994-1995	Trakcja Polska – PKRE S.A. – Technical Director
since 1995 until present	Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (previously Trakcja Polska S.A.) – member of the Management Board, Vice-President of the Management Board

 

 

According to the declaration provided, Mr Tadeusz Kałdonek:

§  does not engage in competitive activities to the Company;

§  does not pursue private interests and does not perform other duties which would be in a conflict of interests with the duties towards the Company;

§  is not a shareholder of another competing partnership;

§  is not a shareholder of another competing capital company;

§  does not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its governing body;

§  is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors on the basis of the act on the National Court Register.

 

Legal basis: § 5, paragraph1, point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (JournalOf Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
