11/2014 – Information on Change in Publication Date for Quarterly Report for the First Quarter of 2014

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs about the change in the publication date for the report for the first quarter of 2014. The report shall be published on 12 May 2014.

The initial publication date for the interim report for the aforementioned quarter, which was provided by the Company in Current Report No. 3/2014 of 31 January 2014, was 15 May 2014.

Legal basis: § 103 item 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
