3/2014 – Publication Dates for Annual and Interim Reports in 2014

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (Company) hereby makes public the calendar of publication dates for annual and interim reports in 2014:

1. Consolidated Annual Report for 2013: 21 March 2014

    Separate Annual Report for 2013: 21 March 2014

2. Consolidated Quarterly Reports containing abbreviated separate financial information:

- Report for the first quarter of 2014: 15 May 2014
- Report for the third quarter of 2014: 14 November 2014

3. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report containing abbreviated separate financial information: 29 August 2014

Simultaneously, pursuant to § 83 item 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259; hereinafter the “Regulation”), the Company hereby informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will contain, respectively, abbreviated separate quarterly and semi-annual financial statements. The annual report shall be prepared and made public as a separate annual report and a consolidated annual report.

Pursuant to § 102 item 1 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company shall not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2013, and pursuant to § 101 item 2 thereof, the quarterly report for the second quarter 2014.
