1/2014 – Conclusion of Annexe to Material Credit Agreement by Subsidiary

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that today it has been advised that on 17 December 2013, AB Kauno Tiltai, the subsidiary, concluded Annexe No. KLP 13/11/01 to the credit agreement between AB Kauno Tiltai and Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Lithuanian Branch and AB DNB bankas (“Annexe”). The annexed credit agreement was concluded on 30 March 2006.

The subject matter of the Annexe is to extend the term of the line of credit granted to AB Kauno Tiltai until 31 August 2015 (the previous term was until 31 January 2014). The limit of the line of credit is EUR 18,000,000, i.e. PLN 75,218,400. The currency value was calculated according to the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland as of the conclusion of Annexe.

The concluded Agreement has been considered to be material due to the fact that it exceeded 10% of the Company's equity.
