95/2013 - Information on the conclusion of an annexe to the material Agreement

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 7 November 2013 the Company concluded with the company "Intercor" Sp. z o.o. Annex no. 3 dated as for 30 October 2013 to Agreement no. P-4/2011 for the "development and performance of the construction works on the railway line Cracow - Medyka – border of the country in the section Podłęże – Bochnia in 16.00 – 39.00 km under the Project "Modernisation of E 30/C - E 30 railway line, section Cracow – Rzeszów, Stage III" Tender 1.1, concluded on 9 September 2011, about which the Company informed in current report no. 69/2011 of 9 September 2011. 

The object of the above-mentioned Annex no. 3 is the reduction of the total net value of the remuneration from the amount of PLN 142,000,000.00 (say: one hundred forty-two million Polish zlotys), which was indicated as the remuneration in Agreement no. P 4/2011 of 9 September 2011, to the amount of PLN 136,115,927.00 (say: one hundred thirty-six million one hundred fifteen thousand nine hundred twenty-seven Polish zlotys), i.e. by the amount of PLN 5,884,073.00 (say: five million eight hundred eighty-four thousand seventy-three Polish zlotys). The reduction of the total net value of the remuneration results from the limitation of the scope of the works to be performed under Agreement no. P-4/2011 of 9 September 2011.

Other provisions of Agreement no. P-4/2011 of 9 September 2011 remained unchanged.
