90/2013 - Information on holding a Meeting of series A Bond Holders

The Management Board of Trakcja Spółka Akcyjna (“Issuer”) with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Złota 59, 18th floor, 00-120 Warszawa), entered to the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000084266, with a share capital of PLN 41,119,638.40 (fully paid in), hereby informs that on 31 October 2013 was held a meeting of holders of series A bonds (“Meeting”) issued by the Issuer.

The Meeting of series A Bond Holders Meeting held without formal convention, as provided for in Art. 3 (a) of the Rules of Series A Bondholders' Meeting and shall be resolved in accordance with appendix no. 1 to this report.
