89/2013 - Information about the change of the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the period of 9 months ended on September 30, 2013

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the ”Company”) hereby announces change of date on consolidated quarterly report for the period of 9 months ended on September 30, 2013 is to be delivered.  The statement shall be published on November 4, 2013.

The original date of publication of the periodic report for the above period was scheduled for  November 14, 2013, of which the Company informed in its current report No 6/2013 of 25 January 2013.

Legal basis:§ 103 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Journalof Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended)
