80/2013 - Candidate for Vice-President of the Management Board of Trakcja S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that as of 17 October 2013 Mr. Jarosław Tomaszewski took a post of the Financial Director of Trakcja S.A.

On the upcoming meeting on 28 November 2013, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A. shall adopt a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Jarosław Tomaszewski for the post of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. - Financial Director of the Company.
