60/2011 - Selection of an entity authorized to audit financial statements

The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that the Supervisory Board, on 3 August 2011, pursuant to Article 16 paragraph 2.7 of the Company’s Articles of Association decided on the selection of BDO sp. z o.o., with its regsitered office in Warsaw, ul. Postępu 12, 02-676 Warsaw, as an entity authorized to audit financial statements (No. of authorization KIBR 3355), to which it entrusted to review single, consolidated and semi-annual financial statements for the first half of 2011, and audit single and consolidated annual financial statements of the Company and the Group for 2011.

Previously, the Company used the services of BDO sp. z o.o. and BDO Numerica International Auditors and Consultants Sp. z o.o. (now BDO sp. z o.o.) in the scope of audit of financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the years 2010 and 2009, and the services of BDO Numerica S.A. in the scope of audit of financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the years 2004 - 2008.

An agreement shall be concluded for a review of semi-annual financial statements of the Company and the Group drawn up as of 30-06-2011, and audit of annual financial statemetns of the Company and the Group drawn up as of 31-12-2011.

The Supervisory Board has selected an entity authorized to audit financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.

Legal basis: § 5 paragraph 1 point 19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
