28/2013 - Announcement on the fulfilment of conditions under which the banks agreed to secure C Series Bonds

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. ("Company") hereby informs about the fulfilment of the conditions under which Nordea Bank Finland Plc, operating within the territory of Lithuania through Nordea Bank Finland Plc Branch in Lithuania and AB DNB Bank ("Banks") agreed to set pledge on the shares owned by AB Kauno tiltai in order to secure the C series bonds C marked with code PLTRKPL00063 ("Bonds") issued by the Company. With the above in mind, the Banks shall not be able on the basis thereof to request cancellation of Bond security. 

The details on the aforesaid conditions have been outlined in point 3.1.8 of the conditions for Bond issuance, attached to the information note published at www.gpwcatalyst.com.plwas regards the introduction to and first listing of the Bonds in the Catalyst alternative trading system.
