32/2013 - List of information announced in 2012

Pursuant to Article 65(1) of the Act on the public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading, as well as on listed companies, the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the list of current and regular reports published in 2012.

The list of current and regular reports published in 2012 constitutes an appendix to this report. All the above reports are available on the Company’s website www.trakcja.com the “Investor Relations” tab.

Pursuant to Article 27 of Commission Regulation (EC) 809/2004, the Issuer would like to point out that some of the information contained in the list and reports may be out of date.
