22/2013 - Admission and introduction of series H shares to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that in accordance with Resolution No. 286/2013 dated 15 March 2013 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) 60,000,000 series H ordinary bearer shares of the Company with the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each (“Shares”) were admitted to trading on the main market which is the official stock exchange listing market pursuant to Article16 item 2 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005.

The Management Board of the WSE also decided to introduce the Shares to trading on the main market as of 19 March 2013, if the National Depository for Securities registers the Shares under the code PLTRKPL00014 on 19 March 2013.

Legal basis: Article 56 item 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 and par. 34 item 1 pt. 2 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
