59/2012 - Update of current report no. 17/2012

In reference to the current report no. 17/2012 of 24 April 2012, the Management Board of the company Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that the Company concluded an Agreement with the Administrative Receiver of the company Poldim Spółka Akcyjna under bankruptcy by liquidation with its registered office in Tarnów, pursuant to which, amongst others, the Company waives its claims in the amount of PLN 7,102,583.58 for a contractual penalty due to the Company for a withdrawal by the Company from the agreement described in the current report no. 17/2012 of 24 April 2012.
