54/2012 - Information about the recall of Mr. Tadeusz Bogdan from the function of Vice President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) would like to inform that today, i.e.,  on 19 October 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company recalled from the Management Board Mr. Tadeusz Bogdan, so far, acting as Vice President of the Management Board The reasons for the recall were not indicated.

Legal basis: § 5 paragraph 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
