41/2012 - Information on the court decision to dismiss the petition to declare liquidation insolvency of the Issuer?s subsidiary, Silentio Investments sp. z o.o., becoming final

In reference to Current Report No. 26/2012 of 19 June 2012, the Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 3 July 2012, it was informed that the decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Economic Division for insolvency and reorganisation matters, on dismissing the petition to declare insolvency with liquidation of company assets filed by the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e. Silentio Investments Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, had become final.

Legal basis:  § 5, paragraph 1, item 24 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
