39/2012 - Information on the appointment of Mr Julijus Stalmokas for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 29 June 2012, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company appointed Mr Julijus Stalmokas for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Required information on the appointed person:

Previously held positions and stages of the career:Mr Julijus Stalmokas has a university degree. He is a graduate of the International School of Commerce at the University of Vilnius (2006).

Professional experience:

in the years 2005-2006    – Accountant and Audit Consultant – V.Sirevičien? T?B “BDO auditas ir apskaita“

in the years 2006–2008               – Audit Consultant – UAB “Ernst & Young Baltic”

in the years 2008–2011               – Senior Audit Consultant – UAB “Ernst & Young Baltic”

since 2011 until present      – Chief Financial Officer – NDX, UAB

since 2012 until present      – member of the Supervisory Board of NOVOFRUCT SK, s. r. o.

According to the submitted declaration, Julijus Stalmokas:

• does not engage in competitive activities to the Company;
• does not pursue private interests and does not perform other duties which would be in a conflict of interests with the duties towards the Company;
• is not a partner in another competing commercial law partnership;
• is not a shareholder of another competing capital company;
• does not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its governing body;
• is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors on the basis of the act on the National Court Register.
