33/2012 - Information on the dismissal of Mr Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 29 June 2012, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (“General Meeting of the Company”) dismissed Mr Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa, performing the function of the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The General Meeting did not give the reasons for the dismissal.

Legal basis:  § 5, paragraph 1, point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state
