26/2012 - Information on dismissing the petition to declare liquidation insolvency of the Issuer's subsidiary, Silentio Investments sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. On 19 June 2012, it was informed that the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Economic Division for insolvency and reorganisation matters, issued a decision on dismissing the petition to declare insolvency with liquidation of company assets filed by theIssuer’s subsidiary: Silentio Investments Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Insolvency and Reorganisation Law, which states the following: “The court shall dismiss the petition to declare insolvency if the assets of the insolvent debtor are not sufficient to cover the cost of the proceedings.”

Legal basis:  § 5 paragraph 1, item 24 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
