25/2012 - Information on a court decision on declaring the insolvency of the Issuer's subsidiary, Poldim S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 13 June 2012, it was informed that the District Court in Tarnów, 5th Economic Division, issued on 13 June 2012 a decision on declaring insolvency with liquidation of company assets of POLDIM S.A. with its registered office in Tarnów, i.e. a subsidiary of the Issuer (the “Company”). The decision on declaring insolvency will become final within one week from the date of its delivery to the Company, unless an appeal is lodged within this time.

The district Court in Tarnów, 5th Economic Division, appointed Ms Agnieszka Płaczek, judge of the District Court in Tarnów, as the judge-commissioner, and Mr Krzysztof Gołąb as the trustee.
