In relation to current report no. 20/2012 of 18 May 2012, the Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that yesterday, i.e. on 23 May 2012, it was notified that the Issuer’s subsidiary: Poldim S.A. with its registered office in Tarnów, obtained from the District Court in Tarnów, 5th Economic Division, information on the registration of its petition for insolvency with a possibility of making an arrangement with the creditors under a new reference number. In addition, Poldim S.A. received from the District Court in Tarnów, 5th Economic Division, decisions on: (i) securing its assets through appointment of an interim court supervisor, (ii) stay of two enforcement proceedings, (iii) revocation of the seisure of bank accounts and (iv) dismissal of a petition of one of the creditors for staying enforcement proceedings.
